Hannah approaches everything she does with a positive mind set and throughout remote learning has been enthusiastically involved in all subjects and shared her thinking with the class with confidence. Thank you for your positive contribution to 6N, Hannah. In recognition of finding the fun in her learning each day. Michelle started our tradition of having jokes to start our Webex sessions, providing us with a laugh. The jokes inspired others with their own humorous offerings and brought smiles and groans as the jokes became a regular feature of each session. Thanks for the laughs, Michelle- Mr Young would be so proud! In recognition of his many contributions to our WebEx sessions. Ashton provided us with a constant supply of puns, jokes, trivia questions and live commentary for our Battleship tournaments, as well as sharing his thinking across all curriculum areas. Thank you for always being enthusiastic and on top of tech issues that we encountered. In recognition of her positive attitude and her genuine concern for her classmates. As our unofficial RUOK? officer, Olivia checked in with the class at the start of our WebEx meetings to see how everyone was feeling, making everyone feel valued. Thank you, Olivia. |

Thomas H | Liesel has been brilliant in remote learning - she shows her passion to learn and actively asks questions. Over the course of the year, Liesel has shown her resilience in approaching new challenges on the Otways Camp; or even when she comes across little hiccups. During these times, we see her true courage. Well done Liesel on your Year 6! Throughout remote learning, Jerrard has been a star in keeping engaged with the content and the learning. He showed determination to not miss any classes or any work deadlines. However, he also never missed a chance to play a Kahoot or a Quizlet with the class to enjoy some competitive fun with his friends.Well done Jerrard - your keenness and responsibility to learn shows that you are taking ownership of your future. Yuki has shown her courageous spirit since beginning at CRPS. After attending a new school for only three weeks, she was faced with the challenge of Term 3 remote learning. Yuki participated every day, in every class and truly showed strength and resilience to stay engaged with her new class and peers. Amazing bravery Yuki! You will definitely be remembered as part of our Year 6 cohort of 2020! Well done! During remote learning, Thomas has been a star in bringing a light-hearted energy to our class Webex. He was a never-ending, on demand joke machine – sometimes even experimenting with his own original jokes. Thomas submitted pieces for every assigned task during Term 3 (using his impressive typing skills). Well done Thomas! Keep making the right choices for your learning. |
