Change to start of Term 3
Our College staff usually gather and engage with the annual Christian Schools Australia conference at the beginning of Term 3. Unfortunately due to restrictions of the Coronavirus, the conference for 2020 has been cancelled.
The decision has been made for students to return to school one day earlier in term 3 than previous advertised.
The first day for all students in term 3 will now be Tuesday 14 July.
Monday 13 July will be a student free preparation day for staff. Please note this in your calendar accordingly.
School drop off gates
Thank you to parents for your help and patience in following our Covid-19 protocols, particularly during drop off and pick up times. We appreciate you staggering drop off times to assist between 8.15-8.45 am. If you arrive between 8.15-8.25 am the gate closest to College Reception is the only gate open, the gate in front of our newest building is open from 8.25am.
We ask that you continue to observe the 1.5m physical spacing between adults when at school and that you move on and off the school site promptly.
Gumboots Reminder
Reminder to please provide a pair of named gumboots for your child to keep at school. This assists us to keep their school shoes, pants, socks and our carpet areas clean and dry during these wet winter months by wearing their gumboots for outside play and outdoor learning.
School Banking Update
Currently school banking will remain on hold for this Term. We expect an update from Commonwealth Bank in regard to this by the beginning of Term 3 and will keep you informed.
Reading at Home
It's so awesome to have started home reading.
All students receive a reader each night to read. Be sure to fill in the reading log with your child.
