It’s been terrific having all the students back onsite and creating amazing dishes in Food Tech.
As Part of NAIDOC week, many of our students tasted a range of Native ingredients and cooked up a Stir fry using Kangaroo and Warrigal greens freshly picked from our school garden.
Our Year 10’s enjoyed tasting a range of Bod Kombucha and Paleo Pure nutritious treats donated by Emma Risvanis who is a wonderful VBC parent and Business person extraordinaire.
