Years 10 and 11 Exams
Students will sit their final semester exams next week, beginning Monday November 16.
Exams are undertaken for the purpose of establishing levels of student performance over the semester’s work and provide an excellent opportunity for students to show what they do know and can do.
Students have been given their revision material and are encouraged to establish, and stick to, a study timetable as best preparation for the exams. To complement their studies, students should also consult with their teachers on areas that have proven problematic to cement understanding. This is also a great opportunity for students to practise their exam technique, particularly time management, in preparation for either Year 11 or Year 12 next year.
On behalf of the Senior School Team, I would like to wish every student the very best during the exam period. The exam timetables are below, and more information regarding exam expectations can be found on Teams.

Valedictory Picnic - Thursday 3rd December
Dear Community,
We are currently planning an event in place of our usual Valedictory Dinner.
Obviously we want to do as much as possible for our courageous Class of 2020.
As such, we are waiting to see which restrictions are lifted before we announce too many details.
Thus far we can be certain of the following:
- Thursday December 3, Picnic on the College Oval 4.30pm to 6.30pm
- Students will each receive their graduation certificate
- Special awards will be presented
- The official proceedings will be broadcast online
- Food trucks will be serving Mexican food and Burgers
- There will be a professional photographer taking photos of the students as they collect their award
- Students will receive a gift bag with mortar board and graduation sash
At this stage only students will be able to attend.
We are hopeful that we will be able to provide much more.
Please be aware, we will follow all guidelines from the Department of Education, which often differ from media reports.
Please, keep this date available.

Dear Parent/Guardian,
As the Year 10 Immunisation visit is unable to occur at our school, Banyule City Council have organised immunisation sessions to enable Year 10 students to receive their Meningococcal ACWY vaccine.
Please book a suitable time and date by clicking on the link below.
The vaccine is also available through a GP or a public immunisation session.
