Student Achievements

The children of Kalinda have many wonderful talents, achievements and hobbies. If your child has recently celebrated an achievement of some sort we would love to hear about it! Maybe they have broken a record at Little Athletics, earned a new belt in Karate, been selected for a choir or dance group, or been awarded a special badge in Cubs, Scouts or Guides. Netball champs!

Last weekend, Saturday 7th December some of our Kalinda girls competed in Grand Finals at H.E Parker Reserve for Park Orchards Netball Club.

Park Orchards Under 11 Turquoise competed in the Section 4 Grand Final and were Runners Up 10-15 against Ringwood North White, team members include Amy, Belle, Ella, Amelia,Riley , Mackenzie, Grace and Madison coached by Jodie and Tilly B.

Park Orchards Under 11 Jade won the Section 1 Grand Final 31-17 against Holy Spirit Red, team members include April, Olivia, Elise, Ashley, Savannah, Tia (Park Orchards Primary), Jemma, Gemma, and Lily . The girls were coached by Janine M and Lisa D. The team went through the season undefeated and worked really hard as a team to achieve the highest level of success in the Melbourne East Netball Association competition retaining the Section 1 Shield.
