Stage 2

3/4M have already been very busy in term 3.

In English we are focusing on imaginative texts. We have been working together to identify the characteristics of characters that we can see and those that the author gives us clues about.

In Personal health and development, we are learning about our responsibilities and respecting others in the classroom. Our first task focused on working together as a team and building trust with our peers. We had a great time completing the Helium Stick task.

In Science we are looking at Earth and Space and linking this into our art learning as we work through 'The Beauty of Space'. Our art unit focuses on students learning and applying the element of art to create artworks inspired by space. Our fist creative task has seen us using line, colour and space to create our own version of a galaxy. These amazing artworks will feature again during Education Week. We can't wait to share our learning with parents and caregivers.
