Premiers' Reading Challenge

Congratulations to Anusara Gunathilake!

First student in 7G2 that completed reading 15 books in the Premiers’ Reading Challenge received a box a chocolates. Students in 8R1, 8R2, 7B1, 7G1, 7G2 & 7Y2 that submit a signed record form will also receive a chocolate snack.  This will continue in Term 3.Join us tomorrow at recess to help Milla with the display for this year’s Book Theme ‘Dreaming with Eyes Open’. The celebration will include Year 8's  meeting Marc McBride illustrator of Emily Rodda’s books and Year 7 will meet Meredith Costain author of Pm’s daughter and Heartbreak high. M. Gates.

Students in 8R1, 8R2, 7B1, 7G1, 7Y2 that submit a signed record form will also receive a chocolate snack.  This will continue in Term 3.Milla our student library assistant has started to display this year’s Book Theme ‘Dreaming with Eyes Open’. Milla needs your help to draw your dreams and add them to our display, any other ideas will be much appreciated. The center circle will be used for photos under all the dreams connecting to the circle. Book week starts 20th of August. Have a safe holiday! M. Gates
