Business Stalls

@ KDC

On Wednesday our Year 11 Business Management classes worked together to hold their annual Market Day stalls. During this term students explored the factors within the internal business environment. Students had to consider how planning decisions involving these factors may affect the ultimate success of a business, with success being measured by the extent to which business objectives are met within a specific timeframe.

Students were able to put their classroom business theory and business plan assessment into practice by operating their own mini-business stalls, which looked great.

Business Management students worked in groups to create stalls that offered a wide range of food and drinks to the school community. Congratulations to the ten teams who worked hard to put the theory learned over the course of the year to practice. All proceeds will be donated to a charity of student cohorts’ choice. A special thank you to Ms. Yerlitas, Ms. Amarasinghe & Mr. Gould for their amazing support guiding the students in preparation for the big day.
