The 2021 annual report will be presented to the community with a focus on student learning, wellbeing, and engagement data. The school financial report for 2021 will also be discussed. It would be great to see you here at school or online on WebEx. The link was sent out via Compass today.

Final Signage installation

Our final Indigenous place name signs were installed this week. Many thanks again to the reconciliation action team, students, parents and staff for their continuing work on this.

Regional Cross country

Congratulations to Tom P, Sophia L, and Victor w, who represented the school in the regional cross county. Reaching this level of competition is a great achievement. Well done.

Attitudes to school survey

Students in years 4, 5, and 6 have been completing the student attitudes to school survey this week. Students thoughts about their teacher, their learning and their wellbeing are all investigated through the anonymous, voluntary survey. The survey provides key data, which is used to develop the annual report, which will be presented next week at the annual reporting meeting.

Acknowledgement of Country presentations

Beginning at tomorrow’s assembly, student representatives from each class will be presenting their acknowledgement of country. Year 3/4 will present tomorrow. 1/2 and 5/6 classes will present at next week’s assembly.

Regional Numeracy Professional Development

Keith and Maddi attended the first of three regional office numeracy leadership workshops today. The workshops aim to build the capacity of leadership to implement school wide improvement in numeracy, a key focus for our next strategic plan.
