Open Evening

There will be an Open Evening at the College on Tuesday 31 October. Please feel free to come along. There will be a Twilight Music Concert beginning at 4.00pm and an Art and Design Exhibition in the VCE building. While there will be many new people attending, this is a wonderful opportunity for current members of the Aitken College community to witness the great talent of the students.

Year 7 Orientation Day

Parents of Year 7 students please note that there will be an Orientation Day for Year 7 2018 students on Thursday 16 November. The current Year 7 students are not required at school on the day apart from students who will be helping. The students who are assisting on the day will be given tasks to carry out, they will need to bring a snack, however, a BBQ lunch will be provided for them.

Year 7 Zoo Excursion

The Year 7 students attended a day at the zoo this week. The excursion was organised by the Indonesian Faculty and is a part of the curriculum. Students were given various activities to complete and spent time wandering around the zoo looking for the answers. Thank you to Mr Simon Adams for organising such a great day.

Congratulations

Congratulations to all the Dunhelen students who took part in the performance, Beautiful Words. The play covered some sensitive issues and the students managed to portray the sensitivities very well. A big thank you to the students who worked tirelessly in the background also.

Routine At Home

A reminder that students are coming up to a very busy time of the year. Please remember to keep a routine at home so that students are spending time completing work, enjoying leisure activities and resting enough.
