Sausage Sizzle Fundraiser

Supporting charities has been a valued and rewarding experience for students at Aitken. This year through numerous fundraisers, the VCAL students have donated their time, energy and financial aid to the Royal Children’s Hospital, the Alannah and Madeline Foundation, H-ELP Foundation, the Cat Protection Society and the Anzac Appeal.

Recently, the students held a sausage sizzle fundraiser to raise money for charity. This project includes negotiating and finalising details of the activity with appropriate teachers, organising the practical aspects of it such as shopping, collecting the products and being organised as a team on the day.
