Spring Clean – Our Mental Space?

The sun is out, and things are starting to warm up…time to get stuck into some spring cleaning! Every spring I am surprised by the things (mostly junk!) our family has collected throughout the preceding months. It is great feeling to get rid of the clutter and see clear spaces open up.

 

It got me thinking about our mental space. How much time do we spent ‘de-cluttering’ the junk that can build up in our minds? Negative thought patterns and behaviours – unhelpful habits and misplaced focus. It is worth taking time to do a mental spring clean! What can we ‘clear out’ so we can make way for more positive thoughts and habits?
