Senior School De-Stress day

Food trucks at lunchtime

Taking a break from study with food trucks and fun

Today the year 11s and 12s participated in a De-Stress Day organised by the senior school captains and coordinators. The day involved a range of fun activities such as trivia, colouring, board games, slack lining, garden games and many more. We also had two food trucks providing Greek and Mexican food for students to enjoy a tasty lunch as well as some wonderful live music performances from year 11 and 12 students. The day was super successful, and students found it was a good opportunity to enjoy some fun activities and take a break from studying and the stress of being in year 11 and 12!

Today was our senior school De-stress day, which was a great event organised by our year captains, for our senior students. We had a range of interactive activities planned such as combinations of trivia games in A-block, as well as games such as slack line, table tennis, bocce, croquet, jenga and at the same time an egg and spoon race. There were also other events apart from those which can included mindful colouring and board games in M-block that allowed students to collaborate together. The main objective of the day was to reunite together as VCE students and relax from the stress of our upcoming SACs and exams. Apart from the range of collaborative activities, the were also two food trucks (Greek and Mexican cuisine) that attended our school and catered food for our students and staff. Overall, it was an amazing day, and we hope that it is an ongoing event for future years as well.
