Investigating the development of Australian cuisine

 

This week our Year 11 students have been participating in a SAC that requires them to draw on learnt knowledge and research, to evaluate the influence of a chosen cuisine on the development of an Australian cuisine. Each student researched key ingredients and cooking styles for their chosen cuisine and then developed a recipe for a soup. This was paired with a written piece that summarized and evaluated the influence of the cuisine.
