Our Cooking with Chemistry students were asked to design their own snack that had a variety of sources of carbohydrates, protein and lipids. They created a nutrition label for their snack and a poster to explain the chemical structure and function of the macromolecules in their dish. We had so much fun making the snacks! Here are some of the final products!
