Parents' and Friends'

Serra Terror

We would like to extend a huge thank you to the many parents who assisted in baking slices and cutting them for the Serra Terror event last week. They were gratefully received and  available at each checkpoint for hungry hikers! The P&F were proud to be a part of this event and lots of familiar College faces appeared in the mountains throughout the day. Congratulations to everyone that took part in this incredible event.  If you are looking for a Tupperware container, please enquire at the Senior School Reception to collect.

Open Gardens - Save the Date!

We have an exciting fundraising activity in the works for Sunday 29 October - we invite you to save the date for our Open Garden event! College Hospitality and Music students will be supporting the event at some stunning local gardens. This event will form our major fundraiser this year for the Middle Years Positive Education Centre (myPEC) outdoor space, an area designed to enhance student wellbeing and encourage movement. If you would like more information about these initiatives, please email us at paf@hamiltoncollege.vic.edu.au

Second-Hand Uniform Store

We run a second-hand uniform store most Monday afternoons, but you can view by appointment with Zoe on 0400 017 565. This venture has proven to be so popular that during the busy times, Zoe would love an assistant! If this is something you may be interested in - please reach out.

Christmas Cakes

It seems like we only just finished the last batch, but we have already started planning for the annual Christmas Cake baking! This is an enormous fundraiser for the P&F and all funds will be directed to the myPEC outdoor space this year. This is a great way for parents to meet other parents and always a happy blend of Senior and Junior school parents. We would love to see more dads as well!

13 -14 September: Mixing and bagging Christmas Cake ingredients. For two days we will be weighing and bagging dried fruit and dry ingredients.

6-13 October: Cake baking and wrapping.

We usually devise a bit of a roster for this week and are grateful for an hour, a day or a couple of days.
