School holidays and Term Four, 2022

Dear Sacred Heart School Parents and Families,

What an action packed end to Term three, we had everything from excursions, parent teacher meetings, parent support group meetings, the Athletics Carnival, school Open Day and Parent Information sessions, to STEM incursions for our students. 

It was wonderful to have so many of our parents and families attend our Athletics Carnival in Week 10. Our students had a wonderful day of competition, with many incredibly proud of their efforts. Some of our senior students have been invited to attend the Division Athletics in Albury on Friday of Week One and we wish them the very best of luck.

This term we will welcome two new students to Sacred Heart School, Levi and Lila. Levi and Lila have recently moved to the area from NSW and will be joining our 4/5/6 and 2/3 classrooms. We look forward to welcoming them to our wonderful community next week.

As action packed as our Term Three was, Term Four may have even more in store. We will be conducting both our 3/4 and 5/6 camps, as well as welcoming 2023 Foundation students on a variety of transition days.  Please see below for important dates of upcoming events.

Staff will begin the term on Monday the 3rd of October for professional learning, that will help to set us up for a successful term and continue to strive towards positive outcomes for our students in their learning. We look forward to welcoming all students back on Tuesday the 4th of October.

I hope that all of our Sacred Heart community have been thoroughly enjoying the school holidays and I'm sure many are off to enjoy the Corryong Show this weekend too. All students from F-6 entered artwork for the poster competition, so if you do make it to the Show, please check out their work.

Monday 17/10 Foundation transition for 2023 students 9 - 11 am
