VET for Secondary School Program

Vocational Education and Training, VET is a wonderful way of learning and provides a great opportunity for students to develop knowledge and practical skills relevant to selected industries that interest them.

The CDU VET for Secondary School (VSS) Program has varying student selection processes triggered by the Expression of Interest form.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) for VET Courses for 2022 is now open.

Please see below a list of the proposed Senior School programs for 2022.

Please note that all programs listed are still subject to NTG funding.

Students should discuss VSS options with their parents or guardians before completing an Expression of Interest form. The student, parent/guardian and school must all sign the EOI form before sending it to CDU for consideration. An Expression of Interest form can be collected from your VET Coordinator (Sarah Tudor) or emailed to parents and students at their request.

Completed forms should be returned to Sarah Tudor by Friday 12th November (Week 4).

Students who are new to CDU will require a USI. All students studying nationally recognised VET training in Australia are required to have a Unique Student Identification (USI) www.usi.gov.au/

Ms Sarah Tudor
