Year 9 STEAM Design

Year 9 STEAM Design students have been looking at recycling and exploring how to upcycle materials. So far there has been a fantastic range of ideas and projects. Photos are still being sent in but these are the first few.

Emerald Art Society Art Exhibition

Emerald Art Society is holding its Annual Art Exhibition on the weekend starting Saturday 30th October. Entries close on Thursday 14th October.  Entries are open to adult members and NextGen (under 20 years of age). NextGen entries do not have to be members and is open to students.  Students may enter themselves but are also welcome to enter through school for a fee of $6 per artwork.  Please speak to either myself or Mr Fyfe for the entry forms and to drop the work off. 

There is a $400 FIRST PRIZE to the best artwork, and three (3) prizes awarded to the best artwork in each of the following categories:  Under 20, Under 15 and Under 10.
