Out of School Hours Care Transition Experience

For our children who are going to school in 2022, let me introduce the School Out of School Hours Care Team led by Director, Miss Alanah Ford.

During Weeks 7, 8 and 9, Kelly and Mrs Gliddon will be taking the children over to visit 'imagination' in the afternoons.  We will notify families of what day your child will be attending so that you can arrange to collect your child from 'imagination' rather than Curiosity.  Offering these transition experiences is a great way for the staff and children to build a connection and for the children to have an understanding of how OSHC works.

Hi Curiosity friends!

My name is Alanah, I am the OSHC Director over at Good Shepherd Lutheran School. Some of you may know me from your brothers or sisters and some of you may have seen me visit Curiosity in my bright blue shirt!

I, along with the rest of the OSHC team, are so excited to have you visiting us in weeks 7, 8 and 9 to get you ready for your transition over to school.

We can’t wait to build relationships with you and for you to meet the other school children who are super friendly and welcoming.

When you visit OSHC you will see that we have lots of activities to do, games to play and areas to play in. We have activities like LEGO building, colouring, trucks, barbies, creative play and much more. You will be able to play in the OSHC, outside area or the gym. And you will be able to eat the yummy snack offered on the day you visit!

See you soon,

Alanah
