Year 5/6—Celebrating Learning

5/6 - Mainstream

The 5/6s have been learning about Ancient Civilisations. They have been busy unpacking articles, podcasts and videos about Egypt, Greece and Rome. 

As a part of this unit, students were asked to explore the use of images and diagrams and how they complement and add to a text.

For Literacy this term, we have been focussing on non-fiction texts about ancient civilisations, including Egypt, Rome, and Greece. We have been exploring the past through articles, podcasts and videos.
