Early Stage 1

Kindergarten have been very busy with their online learning and continue to produce incredible work!

In writing, we are learning how to retell familiar stories and worked hard to write about what happened in the beginning, middle and end of The Very Cranky Bear.

Students learnt to group everyday objects into simple data displays and discuss the results during maths.

In science, we read the story Rapunzel and were challenged to design and build something to help Rapunzel escape from the tower quickly.   

We celebrated the end of Week 1 with a day of pirate fun! Students created their own treasure maps, built chests to keep their pirate treasure safe and made their very own pirate crew out of recycled materials.
