On Friday, 8th April, the final day of term one, we held our annual House Athletics Carnival at Toomuc Reserve. The beautiful autumn weather provided perfect conditions for our students to get involved in a range of track and field events.

There were many outstanding results, with one of our students, Brayden Attwood, achieving seven 1st places in the Long Jump, Triple Jump, 100 metres, 200 metres, 400 metres, Javelin and Discus. A remarkable effort!

Another highlight of the day was the Year 12 students versus teachers 4 x 100m relay. It was a very close and exciting race which was won by the students, with Corey Smerdon from 12.1 passing Mr Bransgrove right at the line.

The winning house with a score of 689 points was Henty.

We would like to thank all of the competitors and look forward to seeing what they can achieve at our next sporting fixture.

On Athletics Day, and the days leading up to the Carnival, the SLC raised money for the Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal, by holding a barbecue and arranging an Easter egg raffle.  All proceeds went to the Appeal.

An amazing $2,208.20 was raised on the day and the School Leadership Committee would like to thank the PSC Community for all of your donations.
