On every Friday during this school year, Scout Wenn from 11.5 has been working with our Maintenance Manager, Peter Lewis, as his assistant (as part of Scout's VCAL program).

Scout is an exceptional worker who is a focused, reliable and mature individual. No task has been 'too small' or 'too big', he is always willing to learn new skills and can work independently. Well done, Scout and keep up the good work.

Exemplary Work - Grace Groves

At the end of Term 1, Mr. Telford's 10.1 Humanities class completed work on designing their own business. The results were very pleasing, but one student in particular, Grace Groves, did an excellent job designing a website for her imaginary business, by following the principles and concepts she had learned in class.  Mr. Telford hopes that Grace will go on to study Business Management in Year 11.

Product Idea: A personalised digital trading market where users have the ability to swap their unwanted items for money or a physical product.

Well done to Grace and all of the students in 10.1 Humanities.
