Tennis Champs

On Tuesday this past week, our secondary students competed in the sixth MCC tennis tournament, the culmination of our coaching sessions with Bill Madafferi at Mildura Lawn Tennis Club. Our students have been learning the basics this term and have been steadily improving.

Sophie Lim defeated Gloria Tu’i in the girls’ final and Toby Deroon defeated Joseph Kirirua-Gill in the boys’ final.  The teams' points tally was won by Green house, which was their second tennis championship overall, both of which have come in the last two years.
