Welcome Back
It’s been a happy and busy start to 2016 and lovely to meet so many parents at Parent Information Evenings and Welcome Back events. I hope you are all settling well back into the school routine.
Secondhand Uniform Shop
The PFA offers the service of purchasing good condition, secondhand uniform items and the opportunity for you to sell outgrown items. SHUS is next open on Saturday 5 March in Dalton Hall, 10.00am-12noon. You can download the Contract of Sale, here.
Thank you to the parent volunteers who offer this service.
Class Social Representatives (CSRs)
Class Social Representatives are vital to the creation of a sense of community within each class. They assist in organising social events for families and they support the activities of the PFA and the School.
You are welcome to volunteer as a CSR, please email details to:
Your CSR will send an email to introduce themselves shortly. We can look forward to many enjoyable gatherings during the year.
Opportunities to be Involved
Parents last year indicated they would like a number of smaller roles to help them be involved in school life. With this in mind, we are offering ‘micro roles’ with smaller time commitments and no requirement to attend general meetings unless you are available.
The following roles are currently available:
Mothers and Fathers Day K24
Entertainment Books
Staff Birthdays Treasurer
Hospitality Coordinator

PFA February General Meeting
All parents at Kilvington are members of our PFA. You are most welcome to join us at any monthly meeting during the year. The meetings are run for one hour in the Staff Lounge and are a great way to touch base with what’s happening at School and to meet parents across the year levels.
