EAL Fundraiser

Sausage Sizzle

On the 27th of October, the EAL students and staff put together a sausage sizzle fundraiser. Up for grabs were sausages, cold drinks and fairy floss for an amazing lunch pack value of only $5.

Mula Masaga, Riel Mayuom, Kishaan K’gunalan and AP Rai set up the barbie before lunch. Mula did an exceptional job manning the grill.  While Nyibol Atoc, Anyieth Mabiei, Asyai Luk, Sharie May Castillo and Genesia Manalastas set up an efficient line for sales.  

Special thanks must also go out to DJ Will Cachia for the awesome dance mixes that day.

Overall, the fundraiser has been the most successful one for the EAL department to date.  It was organized by Ms. Jowett, who has recently joined the team.  The proceeds will go towards the Cultural Family Picnic scheduled for the 26th of November.
