Premier Opens Stage 2

Wednesday 19 October was an historic day for the College as we celebrated two significant whole school assemblies.

Our morning assembly at the Etty Street Campus allowed us to acknowledge the achievements of our Year 12 students on their final day of school. Various students from the 2016 Year 12 class took us on an entertaining, humorous and sometimes emotional journey through thirteen years of schooling. As a College we thanked and congratulated this outstanding group of young adults for their achievements and wished them all the best for the next few weeks of exams and life beyond school. We look forward to seeing all of the Year 12 students and their parents again at the Graduation Dinner on November 22.

The official opening of our new Engineering Building occurred on the same day, with this event marked by the attendance of Premier Daniel Andrews. We thank the many parents and members of our broader school community who attended the opening and helped us to celebrate this historic occasion in the life of our school. In his speech, Mr Andrews commended the College for the innovative integrated curriculum initiatives we will be able to develop through the design of our new buildings. Any parents who could not attend the official opening of the new building are still most welcome to attend a tour of these impressive new facilities. Please contact the Blakeley Road Campus on 5479 1111 if you would like to arrange a tour with the Principal or one of the Assistant Principals.
