Information for Parents

FEES & LEVIES 2020
Please note all School Fees & the Student & Excursion Levy for 2020 should be billed by Friday 14th February 2020. We apologise for the delay in getting these out, St Brendan’s are implementing a new software system and we are currently working through some issues. Please be advised that with this new system all families have been issued with a new reference number, if you pay your fees via Bpay you will need to start using this new reference number.
The Student Levy of $320.00 and the Excursion Levy of $70.00 per student is now due and payable. If you have not yet paid this amount, please do so this week.
The total 2020 Family Fee is $1818.00 of which $606.00 is due and payable by 13th March 2020. A further payment of $606.00 is due in Term 2 and the balance of $606.00 is due in Term 3.
This year we will be sending home a Fee Agreement letter that we ask all parents to sign and return to the office. We request that both parents sign the agreement, as both parents are responsible for the payment of fees.
Camp and Swimming will be billed when the invoices are sent home next week, these amounts are due for payment before your child attends these events.
It is very important if you hold a current Health Care Card, that you advise the office and obtain an application form for the CSEF (see explanation). If you are eligible, the payment is an amount of $125.00 made to the school to apply against levies for either Camp, Sports or Excursions.
Please note that we can implement a direct debit payment system for fees. If you would like to take up this offer, please contact the office.
If you have any questions regarding school fees, please contact Wendy Ziino in the office.
