Parent Payments

We accept EFTPOS and cash, however BPay is our preferred payment method. BPay details are on your family statement or can be obtained from College Administration.

If you pay by BPay, please write this on the Permission Form. If you wish to pay cash for excursions/camps, this can be sent with your student, via the classroom teacher. If you have CSEF please mark this on your permission slip.

The payment window is open during the following times:

8.30 am - 10.30 am  and  2.30 pm - 4.00 pm

Late Payments

Please be advised that late payments will no longer be accepted at the office.

It is imperative that all activities are paid in a timely manner. This directly affects the person organising the event as they need to confirm the numbers of students attending with bus companies and venues.

Although we have been lenient with late payments in the past, this option is no longer available. Payment and permission slips must be received by the due date so that your child will be able to attend.

If you are experiencing financial difficulty and need to arrange payments, please contact College Administration for assistance.

Thank you for understanding.

CSEF

Families that hold a current and valid Health Care Card are eligible to apply for CSEF (Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund)

Students in Prep – 6 are eligible for $125.00

This money is paid to the school directly for you to use towards your child’s camps, sports and excursions.

If you have not applied for CSEF in the past but have a valid concession card, please complete a CSEF application form from the office.

Applications must be submitted no later than 14 June 2019.

If you are unsure if your application will be rolled over, please contact College Administration for more information.

We would like to advise all families applying for CSEF next year to please include a copy of your health care card when submitting your application form.
