Attendance at a Glance

Being in school every day means your child won't miss out on learning.  Try to schedule appointments and family trips when school is in session.  If he or she asks to stay home "just because," remind him or her of what they will be missing, such as reading groups or PE class.  Explain that they can only be absent if they're sick or if there's a family emergency.

If your child is going to be absent, please notify the school at (509) 924-9823. In order for an absence to be considered excused, notification to the school office must be made within 3 days of the absence. Notification shall include child’s name, date(s) absent, and the reason for the absence. Any absence for which the school does not receive appropriate notification will be considered unexcused. For additional information please visit:   https://otis.evsd.org/for_students/parent__student_handbook_2018-2019 .

Choice

Please remember your Choice application needs to be returned to Ms. Savall on or before May 1, 2019

Missing Something?

Please be sure to stop by and look through our Lost and Found.  We have several coats and jackets, gloves, hats, and even snow boots looking for their owner!  It is helpful when you write your child's name on their belongings so we can assist in their recovery when misplaced.  Articles not claimed by the end of each month will be donated to charitable organizations.
