Student Success

It's always great to hear stories of our students' successes.  Recently we've celebrated the achievements of two students in particular:  Hannah Foley & Isaac Schmidt

Hannah Foley was recently chosen as a recipient of the MathSpace Transformative20 award.   Hannah was one of 20 students chosen out of over 300,000 students across Australia for taking initiative in her maths learning, having a growth mindset and helping others to be the best they can be too.  This recognition backs up another award Hannah received earlier in the year for outstanding achievement in this year's Year 9 NAPLAN Math test.   Well done, Hannah!

Isaac Schmidt was recently nominated for a Vocational Education and Training Delivered in Secondary Schools (VETDSS) Excellence Award due to his outstanding performance in Engineering Studies.  The Sunraysia Careers network holds a gala event each year where the winners are announced.  Unfortunately, the presentation had to be held on Zoom this year.  Being nominated for this award is a great achievement.  Well done, Isaac.
