Bus Service
Potential Bus Service from Parafield Gardens in 2022 and beyond.
GSPV is currently assessing the viability of introducing a bus service that will service the Parafield Gardens area. Costs will be determined by the amount of demand for the service, but we hope to keep the fees in line with the current bus fares.

2024 Year 7 Transition to Endeavour College
All Year 4 families will now have received their information pack about enrolment at Endeavour College for Year 7 in 2024. This is reminder that if you have a child currently in Year 4 and are considering Endeavour College for their secondary education, it is important that your enrolment application is returned to your school office by Friday 12 November 2021.

Seasons for Growth
Please see attached a flier for a free online seminar for parents and carers – ‘Supporting children through change and uncertainty’.
In August and September we ran several sessions with a specific focus on supporting children through COVID.
These sessions are focused more generally on change and uncertainty, but will certainly reference the pandemic as an example.

Growing Faith at Home
Today’s GFH title is ‘God cares for those who are in need.’ The Sunday devotion talks about the time when a widow was challenged to provide a meal to Elijah, even though she was down to her very last reserves… and how God blessed and miraculously provided for her. We have an amazing God who looks after us. God often works with people to provide help that is needed.
This week’s Caring Conversations have this theme in mind. ‘Share about a time when you needed someone else to help you. What happened? How have you helped someone else who was in need?’ Share these conversations with your family and friends. It can be an eye opening and encouraging experience to hear these stories!

Little Lambs Playgroup
Little Lambs Playgroup returns tomorrow for another morning of nature-based play. Why not join us on the school oval from 9am. Please bring weather appropriate clothes (a hat and sunscreen might be the order of the day) as well as snacks and a cuppa. The playgrounds are not available for our use. Once again, access will be through the oval entrance gates at the end of the car park. Look forward to seeing you there!

Uniform Shop
Online QKR! uniform orders are encouraged, although the uniform shop is open for business:
- Tuesday: 8.00am - 10.30am
- Tuesday: 1.00pm - 3.35pm
- Thursday: 1.00pm - 3.35pm

Masks are required to be worn inside the shop.
Canteen
The canteen is open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for pre-ordered recess and lunches.
Menu items can be viewed on the QKR! app.
Please place your order by 8.30am with separate orders for each child.
