Congratulations to Year 10 Contemporary Art students who have developed artworks based on an Environmental Theme. Students researched a variety of environmental issues and considered the audience and size of the artworks.
Students presented their ideas for presentation and then considered how their artworks would be scaled for appropriate outdoor art spaces.Great thinking about the importance of powerful images to bring awareness to the environment!

Year 11 Art
The Year 11's recently completed appropriated artworks of Frida Kahlo Artwork. They chose an original artwork by Frida Kahlo and modified it to recreate their own unique artwork demonstrating a range of mediums including graphite pencil, acrylic paint, digital art and much more! The students began this project during remote learning and recently finished them- they should be commended for their efforts.
