Magis report

The Year 7-8 Personal Project Exhibition always sees some outstanding entries,  but the overall quality this semester has been absolutely exceptional with a wide range of topics and tremendous enthusiasm from the students. It was also wonderful to see the terrific support from teachers and parents.  Special thanks to our judges on what was a difficult task given the quality of so many projects.  The top three projects are listed below, but all students are to be congratulated and will receive Certificates of Excellence.  A Highlights PDF is attached with this newsletter, along with the Project catalogue which gives descriptions of all catalogues.

Nominations remain open until Wednesday for the 2022 Magis Committee.

Next week’s report will include a preliminary calendar for 2022 Magis events.  This is complete in most aspects except  for the majority of major Gifted and Talented competitions, dates for which will not be known until January.
