Slime Spectacular School Fun Run

TUESDAY 16 NOVEMBER AT 2:15PM on the oval

 

Opening of the Event: 2:15pm

Year 3 – 6: 2:20pm – 2:45pm

Foundation – Year 2: 2:50pm – 3:15pm

Close Event: 3:15 – 3:20pm

 

What students must wear

This year we will be incorporating a Slime station into our Fun Run, which means students will be squirted with coloured slime as they run around the oval. Students who do not wish to be squirted with slime do not have to run through the slime stations. There will be plenty of other obstacles that they can enjoy around the track. 

 

What you need to remember for the day:

  • No School Uniform - Wear an old white t-shirt and old shorts.
  • We suggest wearing a singlet/top underneath t-shirt. (You can take off t-shirt after event) 
  • Towel to wipe slime off and a plastic bag for your child to put the white t-shirt in.
  • If driving home, perhaps a towel for the car seats 

 

The slime does wash out, but we can’t guarantee it returning to normal colour. Perhaps even old shoes would be a good idea.  NO STUDENTS SHOULD WEAR SCHOOL UNIFORM ON THE DAY. 

 

One parent per family will be allowed onsite to watch the event. Parents must check in via QR code on entry and show their vaccination certificate. The sign in station will be outside the Uniform shop and parents can watch from the steps next to the oval.

 

Make sure you continue to or start fundraising 

Firstly, go to schoolfundraising.com.au and create a student profile page. Everything to do with your fundraising revolves around this page. Once you have completed this, read through your Sponsorship Form, which has instructions on how to raise money and order prizes. All money raised will go towards new student furniture. Please jump on and start raising money now. The grade that raises the most money will be treated to a special lunch.

 

Ordering Prizes – ALL PRIZES MUST BE ORDERED ONLINE 

You can continue raising money after the event. Money is due back Wednesday 24th November. Once this portal is shut, we can’t accept any more online payments or cash payments. 

 

After Wednesday 17th November, students log into their account and order their prize. Prizes must be ordered by WEDNESDAY 24TH NOVEMBER. Simply visit schoolfundraising.com.au to create / log into your Profile Page between these dates.  Then click on the ‘CLAIM YOUR PRIZE’ button and follow the prompts.
