End of Year Activities 

What a wonderful finish to the year. 

On Tuesday the 14th of December the students and staff of SJV will celebrate the end of the year. There are many fun and exciting activities happening:

1. We will celebrate our year with a special sports event run by KABOOM between snack and lunch in which everyone will be able to participate. 

2. The SRCs are organising a Drawing competition for Years P-2 and 3-6. 

The theme is: ‘Baby Jesus in the Manger’

You can draw, color, or create something on the computer and print it out. The SRC will pick some winners in each group and they will receive a small price. All the pictures will be displayed throughout the school. We hope you can join us. 

NOTE: The artwork needs to be handed in on Monday morning (13th of December) at the latest. Please hand the artwork to your teacher and the SRCs will come and collect it. 

3. We ask all students to wear their sports uniform and wear a Crazy Christmas hat. Whilst we have a lot of fun on this day, we also know that other people are not as lucky as many of us are. Therefore, we ask everyone to bring a gold coin donation which will be donated to St Vincent de Paul Society, together with the yearly staff donation. St Vincent de Paul will make sure it is well spent on people in need.
