Chores for a Cause

This term Year 10 rolled up their sleeves to help put an end to domestic violence and women's homelessness by participating in the 'Chores for a Cause' initiative and organising donations to go to our local women's shelter The Haven - Nepean Women's Shelter.

The Women's Community Shelters work with communities to establish new shelters which provide a safe bed and support that enables homeless women to rebuild self-esteem and achieve control of their lives.

Donations  collected were directly deposited to The Haven, and every little bit helps! 

Some of the fantastic chores completed at the school included:

 - Cleaned the Quad

 - Organised a staffroom

 - Recycled paper

 - Helped out teachers on playground duty

 - Organised a staff car wash
