JUNIOR GIRLS
This past week has included a number of sport commitments and it was pleasing to see two year 10 students in particular (Jordyn and Alice) keeping up with their fitness routines in the mornings. It was very positive waking up to fresh and warm faces in the otherwise cold courtyard. Students were often spotted at the courtyard practising their netball skills and dance moves.
Inclement weather in the last week of term saw the girls engaged in some colouring and other undercover activities.
As this is the final week of term, the junior girls have been treated with movie nights in their spare time outside of study commitments. This has been a welcome relaxation activity after a busy term.
I wish all the girls an enjoyable holiday break.

JUNIOR BOYS
Term 3 is at an end and the boys are looking forward to the holiday break. A number of them will participate in local Junior AFL Grand Finals with Harry Storrier (Eastlakes MCU) coming up against fellow Boarder Rohan Day (Turvey Park) in the Under 13's decider this Sunday. Ewan Middleton (Wagga Tigers) will also play Grand Final football on Sunday in the Under 14s. Ronan Crain’s (Tumut Eagles) won the minor premiership in the Under 14s local Soccer competition and Ronan hopes to be in a Grand Final not long after Term 4 resumes.
The Junior Boys have formed a strong bond as the year has progressed and it has been great to see the Year 7, 8 and 9 Boarders get on so well with each other as the year has progressed.
On behalf of the Junior Boys I would like to welcome the new Junior Girls' Supervisor Ms Sheridan Gyles to Mount Erin Boarding.
Best wishes to everyone for a relaxing holiday break.
