Uniform

Throughout Term 3, we will be ensuring students are wearing the correct uniform and accessories. Whilst correct uniform is the expectation always, we noticed this was slipping in the latter stages of Term 2. Please note:

  • No parts of the old sports uniform are allowed. The changeover period has concluded
  • Year 3 to 6: Blazers and Dress Hats are to be worn to and from school on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
  • School shoes must be black, leather, polishable shoes which must be regularly polished.
  • Blue woollen jumper is to be worn with the dress uniform only, not the sports uniform
  • Dress uniform, top buttons are to be done up at all times and ties are to be worn neatly
  • Girls must wear navy blue stockings or long navy blue socks, pulled up to the knee, with the dress uniform.
  • Sports joggers may be coloured, they do not need to be all white
  • Earrings for girls may be silver or gold studs only
  • School ribbons must be navy blue or the school tartan and not red or white. They are not to be large over-sized bows.

Kookaburra Club

If your child is booked into Kookaburra and you do not need that spot, please ensure you call or email to cancel for that day so it can be used by someone else.

Sushi Fundraiser

Thank you for participating in the SUSHI Fundraiser, we raised $500 for the Dance for Cancer, supporting the Cancer Council and Mr Kirk Boniecki, who won the competition. Well Done Kirk!

We are looking for two parent helpers to organise sushi lunch each Wednesday. You can assist once a term, every week or for a few weeks in a row. Your assistance, no matter how great or small would be much appreciated. What’s required: collecting sushi from Tam Tam Sushi, labelling bags and sorting sushi into bags and class groups. Please email Mrs Archbold primaryadmin@calrossy.nsw.edu.au if you are able to assist.

Term 3 Food
