Annual Check for Updated Family Information

Within the next week, you will receive an email of the enrolment and family information that we have for your students.  Please can you carefully check for changes to:

  • Phone contact numbers for parents/guardians
  • Email addresses
  • Addresses (especially if you have moved house)
  • Emergency contact details – consider adding family/friends who are most likely to collect your student should you be unable to (you can add up to 4 emergency contacts)
  • Medical information held for your child
  • Court Orders (is there any updated information)

Collection of Students From School

Can parents please ensure that you provide your student with a note to hand to their teacher if you are collecting them early during class time.  Teachers are not permitted to allow students to leave class without a note, and no announcements are made during class times.

Lost Property

All lost property is brought to the Admin building.  Uniform is hung just outside the staff room, and students are free to check for their belongings there.  Any other more valuable items are held in the front office.

2023 Parent Payment Contributions

The 2023 Parent Payment Contributions have been uploaded on to Xuno and can be found under the payments tab.

We do appreciate your contribution towards your child’s curriculum costs as these allow us to run educational programs within the school and provide resources to aid in your child’s learning.

The Curriculum Contribution charge will be split over 4 equal payments due one per term.  You can choose to pay all 4 payments at once or one payment per term.

Current payment methods include XUNO, direct deposit or BPay.

Please contact Katrina in Finance if you wish to set up a payment plan.

Split Billing

We understand that sometimes family circumstances change and there can be a need for split billing - splitting the charge equally over two parents to pay separately.

The billing of students can be split amongst one or more families for example the mother may pay 50% and the students father the remaining 50% of a particular fee.

We can now add split billing to XUNO for subject charges so please email Katrina Robertson if you need this capacity actioned on Xuno.  Excursion and sport charges cannot be split as they are usually small amounts but there is the option for either parent to pay in full.

If you wish to clarify a continued split billing arrangement or to commence a new split billing arrangement, please email Katrina.
