PwC Higher Apprenticeship Program - Applications are open!

It’s that time again! The PwC Higher Apprenticeship Program has another cohort coming in Jan-Feb 2023. We are investing in nurturing and developing young employees whilst they continue to grow, connect and create opportunities here at PwC. 

What is it? The Higher Apprenticeship Program offers an alternative option to university for individuals who are primarily school leavers. This program enables them to combine full time work and study towards qualifications in Information Technology via an Australian Government endorsed Vocational Education & Training (VET) contract. 

Why are we doing it? We believe in reimagining the possible and university is not the only option anymore. The work we do is changing and we need more employees with technical & practical capabilities. In a tight talent market we want to continue to explore alternative talent markets and help drive our employment growth across Australia. At PwC we bridge the gap between education and skills and give the many high-performing and motivated young people coming into our workforce the opportunity to learn and thrive in professional services without a degree.
