Walhalla Camp
The year 10 Outdoor Education class camped overnight at Walhalla exploring the ghost town and Long Tunnel Gold Mine. They gained an insight into the challenges of living in the gold mining period in the 1860s and hiked through the local area. The native Rosella’s were very friendly!
The students had a very enjoyable time and valuable learnings from this experience. They showed great teamwork skills and resilience throughout a very chilly camp.
