Cultivating Community

In the garden this term, Year 3/4 have been learning about Australian bushfoods. They enjoyed cooking vegie san choi bao, using Warrigal Greens (native spinach) from our garden. This happened to fall on book week dress up day, so you can see some great costumes in the photo too! 

 

We have also been recycling old newspapers into biodegradable plant pots, and pulling out plenty of huge weeds to feed to our chickens.
