Basketball Fever

Basketball fever has hit Holy Family! It’s incredible to watch the children participating in their PE lesson while Kyle, our coach, helps them learn new skills. They are dribbling, defending shooting for goals so much better than when we started our lessons in week 1. 

This week the 5/6s participated in “Hoop Time” held at Dandenong Stadium, and I was amazed at how well they played and represented our school.

 The next event to get excited about will be Athletics. We will start training in week four, and the event will occur in week 6. 

Please bring your runners to school next week so that we can practise at playtime.
