Health Centre

Spring is here which means hay fever is not too far away….

Unfortunately, Education Department guidelines do not allow the Health Centre to supply anti-histamines to students.  If you suffer from hay fever, please complete a medication consent form and bring a supply of anti-histamines to the Health Centre that we can administer when needed.

Asthma often is worse with the pollens that spring bring. Everyone with asthma should have a reliever medication, such as Ventolin, to use whenever they experience symptoms.  If you need to use your reliever more than two days per week, other than before exercise, your asthma may not be well controlled and you should see you doctor.  If seeing your doctor please ask for an up to dated Asthma Plan and return it to the Health Centre.

Please follow the following link to access both the Medication Consent Form and Asthma Action Plans.
