What have we been up to?

What a great start we have had to the year! We started off with welcome back week. This week is filled with lots of fun, games and activities for us to complete. Colouring and painting were very popular with Phoenix, Silvia, Aliah and Lila. The unicorns looked great girls!  The children loved welcoming their new friends to Kelly Club and we had lots of fun playing welcome games and completing our scavenger hunt.

After a request from Louis and Max we have also had a sports and games themed week. This week we played lots of tiggy games, soccer and cricket. Some great bowling was seen on Tuesday from Valentino and Lila. Roarke made 92 runs not out and Max made his debut with the bat. Well done guys was a great game to watch!

On Tuesday we made some vanilla blueberry cupcakes. Pavlo, Silvia, Louis, Xavier, Max, Phoenix, Murray and Aliah all helped to make these yummy cupcakes. We loved to watch the colours change as we added the blueberries to the mix. The hardest part was waiting for them to cook!

We have had a great start to the year, can not wait to see what the rest of the term has in store for us!

Kinder Corner

We have welcomed Phoenix and Xavier to Kelly Club this year. They love to come over and play in the hall with their big buddies and join in perfectly with all of the activities. The children enjoy the home corner in Kinder and last week decided to use all of the fruits and make fruit smoothies with them.

Phoenix and Xavier are great at hide and seek games with the big kids. They love to squeeze into the small spaces and are always the last ones found! Xavier is getting very confident playing on the swings and the rope swings and is getting very confident at climbing on himself.

Just a reminder about our 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have made a booking with us for your child we just require 24 hours written notice of cancellation.

The Kelly Club

The Kelly Club OSHC Program runs at Arlington Monday to Friday, following the end of the school day at 3.30pm.  You can find out more about Kelly Club here.

The Program is focused around sports, cooking, art and craft activities as well as structured ‘free-time’ after a busy day at school.   Activities are optional for students and incorporated into themed subjects each week that give children the opportunity to extend their learning outside of the school classroom. Children have opportunities to explore and discover through resources provided each day.
