Winter Uniform
Please read the details below about the change to winter uniform carefully.
Monday 15 May – optional Winter or Summer uniform
Monday 22 May – Winter uniform compulsory
Please note that the current Winter uniform is acceptable to wear until December 2025. If you would like to purchase the new Winter uniform, please contact the College Shop .
The Secondary Boys hats have just arrived and ready to purchase at the uniform shop. Our boys are now expected to wear these hats.

Parent Lounge Access - Important Changes
All parents and caregivers should have received an email on 26 April regarding changes to the Parent Lounge login procedure.
As of Wednesday 3 May, the login credentials to Parent Lounge have changed from Parent Code and passwordto Email and password.
Parents and caregivers will have received an email at that time with your login email and password, and an invitation to login using your new credentials. Please update your password to one of your own choosing.
We are aware that some parents received the email in their "Junk" or "Spam" folders - please check these folders if you haven't received your email yet.

Name our new communications platform
As mentioned in recent editions of The Collective, the College is preparing to implement an upgraded platform for our digital communications. This platform, known as 'Schoolbox', is in common use by a large number of schools and will be an effective tool for communicating timely and relevant information to our students and families. Most importantly, Schoolbox will work in 'sync' with our current platforms such as Parent Lounge and the Clayfield College App to enhance the communications experience of our staff, students and families.
We invite our College community to submit suggestions for a name for our own version of Schoolbox. Schools commonly use a name to imply a place of information, illumination and connection - we have some ideas but would like to hear yours!

Jazz on the Green - Call for Sponsors
Clayfield College’s famous Jazz on the Green event will happen on Sunday 6 August this year.
