Students enjoying the 2018 Athletics Carnival

Northcote High School Community Athletics Carnival:

Information for Students and their Families

Our Annual Athletics Carnival is the largest community sporting event for 2019. The day allows students and staff alike to develop new friendships through participating in a range of events. Students are given an opportunity to compete in a full program of events and secure their place in the divisional athletics team. The Carnival is a key event for our school community and is aimed at fostering connectedness and school pride in the context of a fun and active day. Therefore attendance is compulsory for all students in Years 7 to 9.

A full program of novelty events catered towards those who want to be active and have fun with their friends will be provided. The carnival provides a unique opportunity for all students to experience success and achievement in a collegiate atmosphere, promoting a sense of belonging through House representation and being a positive participant of the school community. Students are encouraged to dress up in their House colours.
