Physical Education

The focus for this term in sport includes netball, football, soccer, and basketball. This is to provide opportunities to learn new skills and further develop teamwork. 

Year 4-6 will be preparing for the Winter Interschool Carnival which will be held Thursday 24 June 2021 (Netball, hosted by White Gum Valley PS, Football hosted by Fremantle PS, Soccer hosted by Hilton PS, all venues to be confirmed).

In preparation for the school’s Cross Country in Term 3 fitness and running activities will be included in weekly lessons to help students develop their fitness and will help students to understand different reactions that occur in the body.

This Term in PE:

*Throwing, catching, and kicking.

*Football, basketball, soccer, and netball.

*Running/fitness

Annie

A whole school excursion to see the Mercedes College production of Annie, has been organised for Week 3 of Term 3. This event with take place at the Regal Theatre and is a wonderful opportunity for our students to view a live theatre production.

More information on this excursion will be sent out closer to this event.
